RISE is a survivor-founded, safety-forward program that moves minors and adults impacted by domestic and sexual violence from immediate danger to stable housing, economic independence, and long-term well-being.

RISE leads with Exit-to-Safety + Stabilization, then accelerates training-to-employment and financial capability once stability is secured. This sequencing is deliberate: workforce outcomes do not hold when safety risk and housing instability remain unresolved.
