Jennifer Simon is the founder of RISE, an organization created to address the urgent and often unmet needs of individuals and families escaping domestic and sexual violence. Drawing from lived experience, Jennifer built RISE to close critical gaps in housing, advocacy, and long-term support—ensuring that survivors are not only safe in the moment, but equipped to rebuild their lives with stability and dignity. Her work is grounded in a deep understanding that lasting change requires more than emergency response; it requires sustained investment in healing, resilience, and opportunity. Through RISE, Jennifer is creating scalable pathways for survivors to move from crisis to independence—and inviting partners and supporters to be part of that transformation.
